The discription on the website did not explain that the dog was not allowed on the furnature, upstairs and left in the house on there own. Not until we arrived and we read a notice on the wall of the stairs was all the info regarding the rules for Dogs clear."

You enter an unassuming gate to a narrow path through a garden to enter ... and as you reach the house, you are transported to a tranquil, rural setting with views of the garden and undeveloped pasture behind that is simply surreal. "This old converted wind mill is in a quiet village and is beautiful. The host was most helpful during our stay. If you are looking for something unusual and peaceful The Millhouse is perfect. There are several steps to get to your apartment located at the top of the windmill and after entering you have 3 floors. My husband and I are in our 70s and we did not find it difficult at all.
