"I can't fault the room, it was great to have a balcony and the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and I was very pleased to see a pod espresso maker, with pods provided. The rainfall shower was amazing too, and I loved the shower gel and slippers. The Hotel is well located for walking routes and public transport and there were nice cafes and bars in walking distance. The staff were really friendly and they provided luggage storage after checkout on our last day, at no extra cost, which was great as we had a late flight home. "

"I cannot imagine a better hotel in Valencia. From the moment you check in, you can tell that you’re going to have a first class experience. The property is stunning- very well kept and clean. The room was beautiful and offered an amazing view. The complimentary waters were much appreciated after long days walking around the city. Overall I couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what Only You provided. Many thanks for the outstanding hospitality and warmth."

"We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )"

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine. "
