"A great hotel experience. The staff made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Our room was beautiful with comfortable beds and great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is perfectly suited for enjoying the sights of Valéncia. We would love to stay again. "

"This hotel was okay, but not as nice as I had hoped. We had an oddly shaped room (the hotel is curved) which made our room quite small. We should have asked for different room when we first got there, so that is on us. Also the hotel is quite far from the historic area and the beach, so we walked a lot."

"We booked two rooms, both rooms were very clean and one had a nice view. The room without the adjoining door was very well soundproofed. The location is great. But otherwise it was an unpleasant stay. The entire hotel floor was kept very hot., both the rooms and the hallway were hot. The room thermostat would only produce heat no matter what setting you put it on. In order to sleep we had to have the windows open and we were still warm. We had two rooms and it was the same in both. I could also see others on the floor had their windows open. Which wouldn’t have been so bad but the problem with having the windows open is the drunk people wake you up around 3am and the birds wake you up at 5am (There must have been at least a hundred in the adjacent park) Additionally the beds were extremely firm and resulted in everyone in our group complaining about a sore back. The rooms are way smaller than they seem in the photos. The front desk staff was dismissive and indifferent to all the customers I saw them deal with, not just us. Unlike others hotels we stayed in. It was very overpriced for the experience. At a lower price it would match the experience but the whole point of a hotel room is sleep and it did not provide that. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Nunca fuimos al desayuno , pero el hotel tiene muy malas condiciones , súper incómodos las habitaciones , no tiene mini refrigerador, no tienen máquinas ni para comprar agua ,la atención súper mala , lo único es que no tiene mala localización "

"We travelled as a family with a young child. Pros: - super friendly staff - good size of apartment - we liked the location, relaxed local area with many places to eat just downstairs. Super close to a shopping mall with a big Carrefour inside. Many playgrounds within walking distance. Easy transport to old town area. - a nice supply of utensils, cooking items in the apartment, with a big fridge freezer. - amazing communication with the staff. They have a WhatsApp account which you can ask anything. - self serviced laundry for a small charge - El Bar (hotel restaurant) has great food - AC equipped Cons: - the floor seems hard to maintain clean - out flat was facing the road, which can be noisy at night - a bit far from beach for our like Overall we had a really nice stay!"
