"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value!!!"

"Helpful friendly staff nice big room but no coffee tea facilities in room although vending machine at reception was available.Perfect location for getting around bus stop outside hotel and metro down the road as well as consum store close by thank you for a great stay"

"Saw a cockroach in my room on night one. No hairdryer. Other than that public transport nearby and supermarkets are very handy. Has air con too which is essential. "

The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit, making us feel truly pampered. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect oasis of comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings with the exceptional breakfast buffet, which featured an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options. Spending time by the stunning pools and relaxing in the world-class spa facilities was the perfect way to unwind. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!"

"We really liked this hotel. Rooms great,friendly staff, pool lovely and about 10 min taxi to old town. We booked The Level room and enjoyed the free drinks and snacks and late check out. At breakfast you can also order an à la carte menu item."
