"Got a room near a stairwell and the noise & banging doors was terrible. Talked to the manager the next morning and the rest of my stay (1 week) was nice. Save a buck. The place is clean and if something doesn’t work, just ask."

"This was the perfect quaint escape for my husband and I. Perfect distance to explore lookout mountain, Indian hot springs and venture into Denver! We loved walking around downtown golden and dipping our toes in at Clear Creek! The owners were so welcoming and responsive. We had no issues and the space had everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a great getaway close to so many experiences for all ages and interests."

"This was perfect for a long weekend. Close to hiking and Red Rocks and very quiet with a nice backyard. The room itself was very clean. The ONLY drawback was that the seating provided in the back area was flimsy, old, and a bit dirty but the grass and rocks were nice to sit on by a small brook."

"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

If you are going to a concert at Red Rocks, this place has an outstanding location. If you like to hike, run, or mountain bike, the Green Mountain Park is just down the street and is outstanding for views of Denver and Red Rocks (and friendly outdoor enthusiasts). The location is terrific and situates you close to so much hiking and great towns to visit like...

"Everything was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the garage to the apartment is used to store cleaning supplies. You don’t know when they will show up and go inside the garage. It would just be nice if that was listed in the listing."

Its in a very quiet neighorhood and the host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable and a freestanding fan is provided within the apartment. Easily located right off the interstate. I would stay again if back in Colorado."
