We absolutely loved the property! The space was beautifully decorated and spotless. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with the cutest patio area. Sharon made us feel right at home - the perfect host! We would most definitely recommend!

The property has a beautiful and peaceful setting surrounded by trees on the mountainside. Very clean property. Sharon was quick with responses and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay.

We stayed at this lovely property in October and knew we’d be back! The house is in a perfect location so that we could easily access Hendersonville, Fletcher, Asheville, and Mills River. Sharon made sure we had all we needed and that the space was spotless. We will absolutely choose those property again!

We loved how cozy, well-decorated, clean, and maintained the place is! It was very easy to arrive and check in. My kids enjoyed reading Dr. Seuss's collection and walking down in the backyard, and we loved sleeping well in a great bed and quiet place, and the kitchen well equipped made our lives easier. We highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed there for our 22nd waiting anniversary. The hosted so much to make it a wonderful anniversary. The house is beautiful and there is plenty to do. I cannot wait to stay again. Next time I will take my two grandkids because there were also twin beds along with the wonderful comfy cozy king size bed.

My husband and I had a wonderful time and this property was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown Hendersonville & a short ride to Asheville and state parks for hiking, this property was perfectly appointed. The property manager was quick to answer any questions prior to our trip and accessible had we had questions during our stay. Thank you Sharon! This Mountain Get-Away is clean, quiet, comfortable, and has a fantastic porch and view. Sharon and Charlie, hosts, are attentive, but not intrusive. We stayed at the Mountain Home Retreat at the beginning of November 2021. The rental is great for both adults and any children they might happen to have with them. The location is perfect for visiting Chimney Rock/Lake Lure, the NC Arboretum, Biltmore Estate and more. The hosts were very friendly and made themselves appropriately available.
