You can smell the sewage odor in the bathroom 4. Our room didnt have a carpet, and after a fight and arguments they have transferred us the next day into another room with no carpet again :). 5. Receptionists to the management have a zero experience in how to organise heavy crowd during eid. 6. Ayo and most of rhe valet personnel were helpful only. "

"We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues. Thus the reviews and stars are for the Hotel, and it was an amazing short vacation for my family. Especially, my son liked the temperate-controlled swimming pool and enjoyed it a lot."
