"We stayed in a family room with 3 beds, the room was HUGE! Very close to south terminal which was very convenient. Free breakfast included which was good. Only down side was i had read prior that the rooms were sound proof but our room over looked the area with outdoor kitchen bins and we were woken several times before midnight by staff emptying glass bottles etc into the bins, which was not ideal with small children and an early morning flight."

"Overall a good experience for a family of 4. The price over the Bank Holiday was to be expected. PROS: -Across the street from the Brighton Pier and beach -Rooms are very basic and small, but clean -Room service was quick and helpful -Check-in was fast, and simple -Pool was clean -Poached eggs were available, and all you can eat breakfast buffet was great -Friendly and welcoming staff -Decent restaurant with kids menu -Close to city centre and many restaurants to choose from CONS: - Overpriced for what you get, but the kids wanted access to a pool, and to be close to the Pier, so we went for this option rather than an AirBNB. - Restaurant / breakfast food cooked with seed oils (rapeseed oil), so if you're ok with that then no problem - Rooms are small and basic, back room window barely opens, but assuming for security issues - Back room facing pub, back street felt like it could have been a few hundred pounds cheaper, due to noise, mosquitos and no view. - Inconsequential, but the kids noted "there's no hot tub" lol. Overall we liked the hotel, but £800+ for two nights was CRAZY expensive, but then again it was the May bank holiday heatwave week 2026, so everything during this time wasn't cheap or was fully booked. 3/4 stars overall due to VERY high price for dated, small, back street facing room. Thanks for having us!"

"Perfect for a night at the airport, location is perfect. Bed is super comfy. Small and compact, but literally only used the room to shower and sleep. Really quiet, couldn’t hear anyone or any planes during the stay. We flew from the North terminal but the train is super quick from the south. Ideal having the Wetherspoons so close for an evening meal too. Having an early morning flight we will always choose the option of staying the night before. Only negative was the corridor has a funny smell. But the room smelt fine."

"The entrance and downstairs of the hotel where amazing, very modern and the reception man was lovely however we went for a drink with plans for eating in the restaurant but a pint of coke with plenty of ice was £5 and i would question the glass size so we ended up eating outside of the hotel. When we went to our room, it seemed quite dated and not in fitting with the downstairs. There was a slight musty smell but the bed was comfy and we had a very early morning so didn’t mention this to reception."

"Very easy and convenient check in process, less than a 5 minute walk to the north terminal. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The extra few pound for the runway view was definitely worth it with a child. Will be back here for our next trip away."

"Good, clean well-furnished room with aircon and great shower. Disappointed to find use of spa pool was not included in the room rate (as this was not clear on the Expedia site) and required booking. Otherwise a lovely stay."
