優缺皆有

優點：一進門就有舒服好聞的香（水）味、床很好睡、地點很好可以在恆春鎮用餐、飛天彩虹溜滑梯和空中吊橋很好玩，小孩很喜歡，服務人員也很盡責辛苦。 缺點：泳池是冷水、浴室膠條發霉未處理、供水設施看起來老舊不敢用。

整體環境都蠻好，以這樣小而巧的飯店來說，算是很棒的住宿體驗。 B1的兒童遊戲空間非常棒，食品泡麵的價格也非常佛心。 只是電梯數量比較少，會比較難等一些，其餘都很不錯👍

冷氣出風口流水聲

這一次和女兒南下墾丁入住這飯店，兩間房間兩晚。住在15樓第一天晚上深夜一點冷氣出風口就傳出很大的流水聲無法入睡，聯繫櫃檯服務人員表示無法改善幫我們改到11樓。隔天早上返回原房間整理行李那個流水聲還在。我覺得如果那間房間一直有一樣的問題不應該安排客人入住。我也不想找服務人員麻煩退房時就沒有多做反應僅在此留下真實評論。

電梯要等非常久

房間舒服，設施很適合小小孩，服務人員很親切，停車場滿位還主動跑出來帶我們去停員工停車場，但…..唯一令人非常詬病的就是，只有三部電梯！！！尖峰時刻等電梯，至少要等20分鐘以上，非常令人崩潰😡

旅客外出飯店不打掃

這次旅行住了2個晚上，第一次住到飯店在旅客外出時，房間沒打掃。大約是10點多出門，當日下午4點30分後回到飯店，早上離開房間時，掛了打掃的牌子，回來時，房間原封不動，跟櫃台反應，回了人手不足，當下說馬上派人來打掃，房務人員到來時，看了有6個人， 一點也不像人員不足的樣子，我的房價打掃完後，發現我的同樓層房間都沒打掃，要不是我有反應，我看整個樓層的旅客外出回來應該都炸了吧！當下的感覺非常差，說會請主管跟我聯絡，到了當晚半夜12點多時，都沒接到後續處理跟消息，我以後絕對都不再來。 我感覺這次住的不是飯店，是比較高級的名宿而已，我也不會推薦我朋友來這，第一次遇到這情況，所有家人都待在房間，等著人打掃完，感覺真的很糟！

請加油！！

給個建議，本人住水晶客房，床頭上方飾版灰塵很厚，如果過敏體質的人可能會受不了，再者房內頭射燈燈具周遭也都厚厚一塵灰，房務清潔要加油！還有遊戲室手足球檯已損壞，有可能會傷害到小朋友，請注意器材維護，謝謝！

房間明亮,乾淨 但浴室水管一直發出聲音是怎樣!!時不時還會轟隆作響 有被嚇到 早餐分流很好笑,完全沒有控管,搞不清楚哪桌是第幾梯次. 遊戲室很大,但似乎沒有清潔與整理,早上9:00去玩具已散落一地.但我們是第一組人進去的..所以晚間關閉後沒有消毒?令人害怕
