Great hotel, quiet location.

The desktop was very helpful.

Stayed 1 night on our way to Liverpool - was excellent !

pleasant and convenient

Very nice property, and when you log on to its wifi, you get a free drink at the adjoining pub.

Fabulous overnight experience, and the castle is unparalleled. Expedia-bookers beware! Booking through Expedia is for lodging only, it does not include admission to the castle, which would be included if you booked directly through the castle website. We were unclear about this, and a bit disappointed when we arrived to find we had to purchase tickets to the castle separately. (Had we known, we could have bought them a week earlier, at a discount. Awesome visit----- located the center of everything in Stratford!! Will stay there again!

Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary

The interior is way better than you’d expect given the exterior. While the pool is not large, you do also get a sauna and steam room. Huge exterior space too with nice views. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely staff. Great restaurant. Not fancy but clean and cheery.

Great business hotel with nice restaurant on site. Clean and quiet and attentive staff.

Easy checkout, nice bathroom

I made a very bad mistake when I booked the room (booked wrong room type) and the amazing and awesome manager (Lola) corrected it on site when we arrived! Fantastic! So lucky and grateful.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was simple and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The outside space is stunning. The breakfast was lovely. The bedroom was clean and modern. It can get busy outside but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Will definitely be back.

Great stay Close to the NEV and the train station And onsite shopping and dining Great stay

My husband, 2 daughters (17 and 13) and myself stayed in the family suite. It had 2 separate bedrooms...one with twin beds and one with a queen bed. We ate dinner and breakfast there...delicious. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Even though we were upstairs and there was a bar downstairs we didn't hear anything from our room. Very historic building...close to Stratford on Avon.
