"Nice little hotel with an efficiency room (kitchenette w/dishes and washing machine.) Proprietor was very accommodating despite my ignorance of the Japanese language. My only issue was convenience. The property was over two kilometers from "downtown" Nago, which involved either a brisk half hour walk or a wait at the nearby bus stop."

"We didn't get any notification from the property owner about the keycode for the door. Fortunately the restaurant staff below was kind enough to contact the person and gave us the key code. If the restaurant was closed we would have been in trouble. The room is on the second floor, no lift. "

"清潔で設備も整っています。家族も大満足でした。部屋の掃除用にフロアワイパーがあり、気配りを感じます。ただ、ホテル入場のドアの開閉に暗証番号が必要ですが、ホテルからメールの事前連絡が来ない場合があるので、必ず前日までにホテルに電話で暗証番号を確認する必要があります。調理道具もそろってましたが、お箸が人数分ありませんでした。お風呂にも洗面器があるとよかったです。"

"Excellent amenities, with a kitchen and laundry in the suite. There is a rental fee for cutlery etc if you want to use the kitchen; we didn't use the stove but the microwave and fridge was very useful to us. There are also two conbini across the street where you can buy laundry soap and other amenities and two theme parks that is great for kids and are walkable from the hotel. "I like the property because they have a nice texmex Restaurant downstairs. Location- It was in front of the ocean(not the beach which was a deal breaker). You can look for a better hotel that has access to the ocean with a better price or similar. Price- like i mentioned above, the price is kinda high for a very mediocre place, i would say id love to go back if the price was maybe half of what they charge. You would think that they would have all the amenities for the hotel Price they charge...

"The place was so grimy and filthy. Pictures on the was when it was new. The dinner wicker chairs are peeling so much, it doesnt have the oven that it advertises, the washing machine was broken even though it was advertised as usable, the master bath smelled horrible with rotted wood in the vanity, mold was on the shower curtains, and the air conditioning units were filthy with mold and dust. I contacted the owner several times about the air conditioning and getting it profesionally cleaned and...

"We were in a tight situation and this was a perfect and convenient place that turned out to be an amazing stay!!! The location was beautiful and peaceful with a beach walking distance and some restaurants near as well. The apartment itself was lofty and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top!! The host was great at communicating making the whole experience amazing."

"Everything is good but just inconvenient to shop"

"新しく清潔で、部屋も広くてバスルームとトイレも2箇所ありとても使いやすかったです。リビングダイニングの他、部屋は3つあり2つの部屋は家族でも友達同士でも良いように仕切りが戸になってて一つの部屋にも出来てとても使い勝手がいいなと思いました。ベランダも広く、朝はゆっくりコーヒーを飲みました。周辺はお店はあまりないので少し離れたスーパーで買い出しをして、朝食とか軽く作ったりしてみました。下にはレストランもあり対応も良く美味しかったです。夜１回利用させていただきました。朝食も食べてみたかったです。食事は部屋へも運んでくれるらしく、次回は利用てみたいと思います。洗濯も乾燥も出来て洗剤も置いてくださってたので便利でした。また、古宇利橋まで近くてとても綺麗でした。静かに過ごせる場所でした。"

Beautiful, with excellent facilities

"Amazing hotel, in an incredible location. Property was immaculate the whole way through. Room was modern, really spacious, had a lovely balcony, was well laid out and extremely clean. Staff were so polite and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a huge selection and the food divine! Pools were amazing, and loved all the additional facilities, rain shower, spas, swimming costume dryer. Everything is so well designed and maintained. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
