This property offered several activities, the beach was beautiful. The breakfast offered was just okay. You had to pay extra for a beach chair even though we were guests of the property. Room was good, comfortable beds. Great nearby restaurants.

We loved the beach and all of the extra activities that were offered. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat ride especially. The hotel is very nice. The mattress was very mediocre. It was not comfortable.

The hotel is pretty stingy. Aside from a toothbrush, there are no other amenities—and even the toothbrush has to be given by the front desk instead of picking it up from free selection. The breakfast burger was terrible, and they only offer a tiny bit of sauce. As for the coffee, there's even a sign explicitly stating that it's limited to one cup only, no refills. The bathroom shower drain is clogged, and the water drains very slowly. When taking a shower, my feet were soaked in the backed-up water, which was very uncomfortable. I was also worried that the water might overflow out of the shower basin (as photo attached).
The water had already reached the edge of the shower basin after bathing.

Unfortunately, this was so bad we had to leave one day early. The room was very small and the cheap air-conditioner was mounted right above the bed, making it very difficult to sleep. I caught a cold from the aircon. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, however, even though in Japan all beaches are legally considered public land, including those in Okinawa, the hotel operators treat it as if it were their private beach, closing and opening the beach at times convenient for them and forbidding guests to bathe where they wish. Service is minimum (low cost), so any guests’ requests are summarily dismissed without an apology. The free “breakfast” was a dry piece of bread with a sad looking industrial cold hamburger. The place is full of screaming children, dangerously running around and making a mess. There are no quiet areas in the hotel, which is right next to a highway. I hope this is not the new normal for Japanese “Omotenashi”. Even when we decided to leave, there was no apologies and no courtesy. I have lived in Japan for 28 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The room is a bit small. We paid to get upgraded to a room that faced the sea. As a result, we could enjoy viewing the sunset on our balcony. While there were not many choices in the breakfast, the food was fine. It is however not so eco-friendly for them to use disposable plates and cups/bowls. Maybe this helps to reduce their cost by not requiring to hire staff to do the washing.

It was 32 degrees and the AC in the room was terrible: very noisy and not very powerful/efficient. I booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had extremely noisy AC units. We could not sleep: either the room was quiet but too hot with the AC off, or a little cooler but too noisy with the AC on. This ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing break. The beach and pool facilities were excellent, the location was good, the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Leider war die Unterkunft gar nicht so, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Die Zimmer an sich waren ganz schön, auch mit einem Balkon. Leider gab es hier keinen Tisch, mit dem man es sich hätte gemütlich machen können. Als Frühstück gab es drei Gerichte zu Auswahl (Burger oder zwei Reisgerichte mit Hackfleisch). Somit gab es nichts für Vegetarier oder etwas gesundes. Die Getränke waren leider auch gar nicht genießbar. Die Frühstückszeiten waren zudem von 6:30-9 Uhr, somit nicht passend für ein entspanntes Strandhotel. Zum Glück konnten wir uns nebenan bei Lawson versorgen und haben das Frühstück dann ausfallen lassen. Der Strand an sich war leider auch nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Zudem sollten selbst Hotelgäste für Strandliegen zahlen und man durfte im Meer nur in einen kleinen abgezäunten Bereich, in dem das Wasser nicht mal bis zur Hüfte ging. Leider gibt es auch keine Aufenthaltsbereiche, um abends noch etwas zusammen zu sitzen. Ab 22 Uhr muss man den Bereich außen verlassen und ich drinnen kann oder darf man sich nirgends hinsetzen. Es gibt auch keine Bar oder eine Möglichkeit, tagsüber oder abends noch etwas zu essen oder trinken. Daher würden wir das Hotel leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Outside of hotel was nice, inside was terrible. Hallway flooring is lifting up and could be a tripping hazard. Room is smaller than an inside cruise line room. Only had one shelf and two rods sticking out of wall to hang a couple items. NO STORAGE to put suitcases or clothes so we could not unpack. The little desk and chair had a mirror but it was basically all for a child. I had to squat to look in the mirror. The bathroom had a shower but one could hardly turn around in it. It was a two by four area and looks like black mold. The sink is blocked by the toilet. Very hard to get to - to brush your teeth. Not much space to put your toiletries. There is a small safe but it sits on the floor and is very inconvenient to use. The beds were hard as a rock and you could feel every spring in the mattress. The free breakfast was the same every day. The only thing that resembled a “breakfast “ was they could put a fried egg on top of either a hamburger, minced spicy chicken and rice or taco rice. I’ve always been pleased with Expedia but this hotel really shouldn’t be endorsed by the company. I’m very disappointed.

Great pool, one of the best beaches on the island and good location for exploring Okinawa by car. Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects: Breakfast is only three choices that never change and it is not tasty (do not book breakfast, better go to Lawson nearby). The pool and beach close very early, I believe it was at 5 PM. The beach closure and ban to swim even on own risk is not understandable. The price was comparably low, so after all it is very good value and I can recommend the hotel.

Abbiamo soggionato per 2 notti. Accoglienza ok, check in sbrigato in pochi minuti. Parcheggio auto gratuito. Camera di dimensioni adeguate; letti non rifatti durante il soggiorno. Presente locale lavanderia ai piani. Prima colazione: assenza buffet. Bisogna scegliere all'ingresso del salone fra 3 proposte di piatti salati. Non ci sono croissant ne yoghurt e/o marmellata. Piscina ubicata sulla spiaggia non agibile causa guasto all'impianto di filtraggio; offerta a parziale compensazione escursione di 20 minuti sulla barca con fondo trasparente. Spiaggia con ombrelloni e sdraio a pagamento. Nell' unico luogo in cui si può fare il bagno il mare delude completamente le aspettative; acqua torbida e quasi stagnante. Molto meglio spostarsi su altre spiagge in cui il mare è davvero stupendo.

夏休みビーチ利用で4泊で利用しましました夫婦で公共交通機関にて移動をし美ら海水族館、ジャングリヤに行って見ました 良い点と悪い点で分けてみますと 悪い点 1、到着してお部屋に行くとせまーいと感じました 最近の写真技術が進んでネット写真とのギャップを感じつつ 荷物大型スーツケースを広げてて保管する場所が無い 2、衣類を掛けるハンガーや場所が無い、当然、洗濯した干す場所が無い 3、事前チェックを怠ったせいかもしれませんでしたがバスタブが無いシャワーのみ、連泊するとお風呂に入りたいが関連施設が利用可能のお風呂が有ったが有料です 4、最近の宿泊施設に言えますがお掃除は入らない3泊目に入るとの説明だったが部屋が狭いので荷物が散乱している為もうお掃除無しで過ごしました 回数を減らすのであれば希望日にて入れられるリクエスト方式にして欲しい 5、ビーチを目当てに来たのですがこの時期と場所の兼ね合いかもしれませんが干潮で海にしれない、利用エリアが決まっている為お昼ごろでも沖に行っても膝くらいで水温も非常に暖かく結局1度しか入らなかった プールに人が人が集まると同時に水温も高く気持ちよく使えなかった よい点 1、到着バス停の目の前がホテル入り口、交通利便性が良かった、ビーチも目の前でお部屋からのロケーションも良かったです 2、連携ホテルのシャトルバスが有りそちらの施設も使えそうで利便性が良かった　そちらで夕食をとりました 3、歩いて行ける場所に飲食店も多々有ったので便利でした 4、早めに予約を入れたせいかお部屋の不便さのせいか利用は安かった 総合的には連泊が多い場合は連携ホテルの方がよいと感じました ビーチ利用が目的なら干潮を避けた時期にするかプライベートビーチとするなら沖の方に泳げる施設を作って欲しい。ジャングリヤにも行きましたが公共交通機関でのアクセスが良くなかったです。 以上改善して頂けるところがあれば幸いです

Fijn dat het pal aan zee ligt maar toch ook een zwembad erbij heeft. Bij zowel het zwembad als het stuk zee waar je mag zwemmen is een badmeester aanwezig. Je kunt activiteiten boeken zoals snorkelen, glasbodemboot, lopen over de zeebodem enz. Excursies voor de rest van het eiland kan je niet boeken. De bushalte van de luchthavenshuttle stopt recht voor de deur. Van en naar de luchthaven is het ideaal. Wij hadden op de heenweg de limousinebus gepakt (stopt bij grote hotels voor de deur) en die stopte alleen bij het zusterhotel. Moesten we met alle bagage nog een flink stuk lopen terwijl deze bus op 3 meter afstand van de voordeur stopt. Aanrader dus! Qua eten is er niet veel. Wij verbleven hier zes nachten en hadden ontbijt erbij. Het ontbijt bestaat uit 3 keuzes. Gapao rijst, tacorijst of een broodje hamburger. Ik lust geen vis dus de eerste optie viel voor mij af; ik ga geen broodje hamburger eten in de ochtend dus at ik 4 ochtenden tacorijst. De anddre 2 ochtenden hebben we ontbijt gehaald bij Lawson die naast het hotel zit. Een soort buffetontbijt (hoeft niet heel uitgebreid) zou beter zijn dan gasten een week lang 3 dezelfde dingen aanbieden als ontbijt. Lunch kan je halen bij het zwembad. Niet echt lunch maar stokjes inktvis of kip. Curryrijst kon ook maar dat was altijd net op. Op zich was de kamer prima. Groot genoeg, uitzicht op zee, schoon en airco. Iedere dag wordt een tas met schone handdoeken aan de deur gehangen.
Iedere dag dezelfde drie dingen als ontbijt.
Na zes uur mag er niet meer worden gezwommen in de zee en het zwembad...
