"All as expected"

"Stayed with Kio before and will again everything was described! Very clean and ample amount of street parking."

"If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

"Was worried about noise from the road , turned out fine. Parking easy. Kitchenette handy for quick meals. Room felt fresh and not cramped. Bathroom had essentials ready which saved packing time. Quiet nights helped us rest well before flights."

"The place was not clean. The kitchen was a mess, the bedroom and bathroom doors were off the hinges. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures. I would not stay here again."

"Great communication with host and the room was amazing!"

"Great location for a family reunion. Easy access to sites in Rochester and parks. Host was responsive and helpful. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Pool towels were provided. Only one connected bathroom so everyone else shares. Living and family room are large spaces."

"Quaint…close to neighborhood of the arts district"

"We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!"
