"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We didn’t need anything during our stay. I chose this hotel for location and ease of parking. Both of those criteria were met. I would stay again. "

"This hotel is run-down and in desperate need of a remodel. The electrical outlets in our room were not functioning so the front desk staff moved us to another (upgraded) room for free, but most of the outlets didn't work there either. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the heater did not work in one of the rooms so we all had to sleep in one bed together because the room with the sofa-sleeper was too cold. We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again. "

"It was all electronic. Check in and checking out. They give you pass codes. For a country person that was new to us. It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Good place to stay."

"The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Cam is amazing! I do wish the loynge was open all day for a bite to eat and a drink in the down time before our events. Other than that i will stay there wvery time im in Seattle"

"Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. "

"Bedding was the most comfortable! But room kinda dark/odor? Construction at entry and broken elevator made it a bit challenging. "
