The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. "My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

It was a marvel in many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with only a few minor flaws: rain shower didn’t work, the grounds where the hot tub is located could be landscaped to provide a beautiful and serene resting spot and there could be more of a staff presence to report "

"Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."

"We had a great time, and the space was great. The house is so spacious, and that was perfect for us. We would have liked a few more towels, a bit more soap and shampoo, and the grill didn't get hot enough to cook the steak we had brought. Overall a wonderful time. Thank you very much."
