"The hotel was very convenient- walkable to the ferry system as well as excellent restaurants and museums in Heraklion. The breakfast was lovely and rooms and common areas beautiful. The staff in the dinner restaurant were wonderful but there were better and more interesting nearby choices to eat dinner meals. "

We spent many hours on the roof terrace, relaxing and enjoying the view. "Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."
