"Loved this quirky hotel and all the old features of the building. Decorated in keeping with hotel. Comfy bed. Good breakfast choices. Loved all the different bars to grab a drink. Only problem was there 2 events on which were rather loud and you could keep everything from our room. They did finish at midnight! I wouldn’t have normally bothered me but I was there Saturday night and needed to be be up early Sunday morning to work at a local wedding fair. "

"They need to improve the heating in the bedroom also some shelves or cupboard in the bathroom so we can put a toiletries ,the lights also need to be higher as they are very low. "

"Great communication. Fab location so close to Hereford town centre. 4 bed house with everything in you need. Parking for 2 cars on property. Enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment was clean and as per the images. However, the location is very noisy - we were grateful for the provided earplugs.The windows are huge and only able to be opened a couple of inches which made the flat incredibly hot and stuffy. Fans are provided but they didn't suffice and I feel aircon really should be considered.Mattress in second bedroom is well past it's use by date and needs replaced. My elderly mother had to sleep on the sofa bed instead."

"Perfect placement. Right in rhe heart of Hereford. Top floor was quite a few stairs. Not for the phtsicallt challenged. But the room and amenities was excellent"
