The approximately 53 square meters sunny Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Haus Bella. The modern apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a wall-folding bed, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa set (sleeping), a dining table and a very well equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob and fridge. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 

The apartments are located in a quiet, yet central location in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is only about 80 m to the fine Baltic Sea beach, the center of Ahlbeck with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes is only 50 meters away. The heart of the village, the historic pier can also be reached in a few minutes. For each apartment is a parking space per car available on the property.---- On the neighboring property is expected from April 2019 for 2 years demolished an old house and built a new house, so it can sometimes cause increased construction noise .----

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
