This 37 square meter two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for two persons and a maximum of one extra bed. The living room contains a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, and an antique secretary, Flat TV and radio. A comfortable galley kitchen with the adjacent dining area is also integrated in the living room. In the kitchen guests will find refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven and coffee maker, toaster and kettle available. A walk from the living room covered terrace is oriented to the west. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample cupboard space. The modern bathroom with window has a shower, sink / toilet. In the basement there is a sauna, which is available for free during the winter months on certain days. A bicycle storage room and washer and dryer are also located in the basement. The car parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment. Pets are welcome in this apartment.

From here you can reach the lively village centers and the piers in about 15 minutes. Standing with the villa in the back on the promenade, you reach the right along on foot after about 10 minutes to the ice cream parlor Pinguin and the beach snack Seebär. Follow the beach road inland to stop in other restaurants and bistros. Scenic walks on the idyllic Schloonsee can be done by walking in front of the house from Maxim Gorki Street for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.   Suitable for people with mobility problems: An elevator will take you from the ground floor directly to the desired apartment and cellar level with sauna. To complete the well-being program on your holiday, heat up in the complimentary communal sauna and then relax on several sun loungers.   Your own or rented bicycles can be accommodated either at the entrance or protected in the bicycle cellar of the villa.
