"Nice day it's very convenient location I've stayed before when is Utica never really have any issues. The only issue this trip (which really has nothing to do with the hotel) was there was a large industrial truck of somebody staying at the hotel and it was parked not too far from my door and it ran and cycled all night which was really annoying unfortunately keeping the fan on in the room did most of the noise but it really was quite obnoxious."

"Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town."

"The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was exactly what we needed, centrally located to the baseball tournament we attended. The only issue that we had is that we drove 12 hrs to get there, arriving at 9:00 pm. We still had not received the check-in information. I had to contact the host, while we stood next to my car in the dark, waiting for the host to respond, not knowing how long that was going to be. Luckily he responded within minutes and we were able to get in. But it would have been a lot smoother had we had the information the day before, or even earlier in the day."

"Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!"
