"Excellent stay in the centre of old town Zug!"

"I don't recommend staying at this location. While i have to say the place was clean, the room didn't have air conditioning and not even a fan. I felt I was sleeping in a sauna and you can spend more than 20 minutes in the room during the day. The heat is unbearable. In addition, the room did not have curtains to make things worse. So zero privacy, all lights are pointing at your face while you are tying to sleep in a room that is 100 degrees hot inside."

"Excellent location. Views to die for from your private rooftop balcony. Air conditioning in every room. Clean, safe. All the things you look for in a room in a country.You are not familiar with. All the amenities you'd need, including a reasonably priced minibar."

"Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient."

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. There is no reception at the property but you can easily check in via self service. The rooms were average. The shutters for the windows were not functional and there was a TV in the main room, however, you could not use it because the power cord did not reach the electrical outlet."

"Lovely property, close to transport. Zug is a beautiful safe area. Only downside, there was no air con in the apartment."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."
