"Underground parking with lots of room. Negative is that they charge quite a bit to park. There is a walking/biking path next to hotel. It ties into a network of paths. Really nice at the end of a day. Hotel is close to the airport. Restaurant was good. Service was fast and attentive, friendly."

"This property was conveniently located near ZHR airport (approx. 10 min. by taxi) and the Kloten train station (less than a 5 min. walk). I imagine caters more to business travelers than tourists. Hence, the surrounding neighborhood wasn't exactly what you would call picturesque. The view from the rear of the hotel inside its restaurant was of railroad tracks and an old industrial building. Nonetheless, the hotel itself, its restaurant, its staff, and its other amenities, along with its spacious modernly furnished rooms provided a most comfortable and enjoyable stay for me and my wife. If you don't want to pay for more expensive hotels in Zurich's city center and don't mind taking a 15 min. train ride or a 20 min. taxi to get there, then I would highly recommend Hotel Allegra Lodge."

"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "
