Hundertwasser House is one of the most incredible apartment houses I've ever laid my eyes on. Yes, that's an apartment building!

Fun fact: Hundertwasser took no payment for the design of the house, declaring that it was worth preventing something ugly from going up in its place. In my eyes he is to Vienna what Gaudi is to Barcelona.

"This location is ideal for several easy options to enter the Opernring, my main destination during my stay. My room looked out on an inner courtyard and it was very quiet and peaceful. "Excellent hotel - lots of choice at breakfast particularly on fresh juices. Can get things cooked to order. My only downside and it’s minor is the swimming pool is too cold to enjoy for a long period of time. It’s fine if you want to do serious lengths but not if you want to relax "
