Superb value for a quality hotel with the city centre nearby and easily accessible on the tram or a reasonable walking distance. Clean, friendly hotel with a superb buffet breakfast for just 10 euros pp.

Very Good

We liked the hotel very much. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The location is good, a 40-minute walk from the historic centre. As we love walking, it was an excellent choice for us.

Overall not too bad . Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast very nice . Rooms nothing special nut adequate. Main think that let this hotel down was no tea and coffee facilities and no free water . Tram stops directly outside hotel but easily walkable to attractions too .

Nice stay overall.

The room was wonderful, bed comfortable. Not close to main area, however, tram right in front of hotel. We chose rate without breakfast, however, there is an Aldi's next to hotel (if you are on a budget), where you can purchase, croissants, pastries and cold coffee. The staff can warm something up for you if you ask, they speak English and are very nice. The room does not provide a bottle of water.

Good overall - some staff members super friendly, some didn’t speak English that well. 7 min walk to the station. Breakfast was good. No coffee and tea in the room but you can ask the staff to make you a coffee downstairs. Pool was closed. Overall good value for money.

The location is good. Transport links were easily accessible. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. I slept soundly every night. The pool is 24 hours which I thought was excellent and it’s a very nice pool area. Unfortunately, the pool was cooler than I expected which was a shame. I didn’t use it at all because of that. The staff were all very friendly and my room was tidied every day whilst I was out. The mini bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again, I just hope that the pool is a little warmer.

No shower, no hotel bar

Had a room on the top floor, the layout of the bathroom was extremely odd, meaning there was no stand up shower, just a tiny bath and a hand held shower head. When I asked for a new room, they said everyone had already checked in (this was 6pm). As soon as they said this, someone entered the hotel to check in for that night, so it was a bold faced lie. The AC also never worked. The "bar" they have is not really a bar, more a fridge near reception that has one beer in, cant really claim to have a hotel bar here. The pool was also closed.

Struttura carina, ad eccezione dei corridoi (c'è la moquette...), camera semplice, ma pulita e dotata di quanto necessario. La struttura è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma è ben collegata con una fermata della metro esattamente davanti l'ingresso, ottima per raggiungere in poco tempo qualsiasi punto di Vienna. Personale simpatico ed efficiente.. l'unico appunto per il personale della sala colazione, anche quello molto efficiente, a prima mattina un buongiorno e un sorriso per gli Ospiti possono essere molto apprezzati, oltre a chiedere il numero di camera :)
