Specially a guy NAME SIMON, he thinks his the boss. He would not try to give you a room even if in the website shows that there is more rooms available. "The Hotel got an issue probably fire or so, huge part of the building was smelling terrible and a lot toxic air inside de hall, and rooms! My room was affected, I was out for work and nobody notified me at all, I realized that significant part of the hotel was closed and "all" people were relocated in a different rooms until the next day morning when i ask about the internet and complain about the terrible smell!! On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at the front desk asking what happened the night before, I spent the entire night smelling this toxic air, nobody even message me even when they realized my belongings still at my room which allegedly they went to see if someone was there! Not even an apology I received from anyone in that hotel. Terrible customer service!!"
