"We were very disappointed in this property. Weve rented many times at the veranda and this was by far the worst experience. Mold throughout, dangerous to even breath in the place. furniture was moldy and mildew ridden AND the dirt and filth throughout the place, needs a complete overhaul. How shameful for the owner to fool the renters into thinking this place is as beautiful as the pictures portray."

We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks.
