"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was drastically different from what we expected. The images online were quite deceptive, and the actual property did not reflect what was advertised. The shower was exceptionally small—even by European standards—which made it nearly impossible for my husband (6’4”) to use comfortably. When we requested alternative accommodations, the staff gave us the runaround and declined our offer to pay extra for a room with a larger shower. We ultimately had to book and pay for another hotel altogether. That said, one bright spot was Jake in the restaurant—his warm and attentive service truly stood out and is the only reason we rated the hotel slightly higher."

"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our room or what door to use once we checked in."

"It’s pretty convenient,walkable to train station & shopping. Safe , nearby police station . Cleans room every other day . Staff are friendly. Breakfast is included, it’s good . Could have helped greatly if water is provided , a bottle a day at least for guests. The water in the lobby is not replenished.during the day ."
