"We had a situation come up and thought we were going to have to cancel. But the hosts were amazing and were able to accommodate our issue. Thank you again! Recommend 10/10! We loved how close it was to the beach. The furniture was nice and comfortable! My grandson loved all the beach toys available at the house. We go to a different beach every year and those things were top notch! If we make our way back to Galveston we would stay here again."

"I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the next time we come to Galveston. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful and we loved how close you all were to the beach."

"We stayed here as an end of summer trip with our group of friends and our kids and I will say this place is a kids PARADISE. They absolutely loved the pool and the game room. However, when we arrived the AC in the downstairs unit (with the bunks and games) was not working and we weren’t able to use the room for anyone to sleep in because it was so hot. The railing of the back balcony was incredibly loose and posed a hazard to the kids and one of the bedroom doors would not open and there was a bee infestation right at the pool stairs. The hosts were very responsive and had someone out the next morning to address our concerns, but our first night was a bit of a challenge. The house layout works well for multiple families and we had a great time - but the bedroom doors are all incredibly thin (slatted) so you can hear everything all the time. Ultimately it was a kids paradise and we had fun."
