"Right on the beach so our view and access was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed...the water pressure was a bit low for the shower but we managed. The staff was excellent, particularly Nicole, she answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction for things to do closer to town."

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It is located in The Spanish Grant Neighborhood which is in the West Side of Galveston and very safe! The views are absolutely stunning! You can literally walk a few steps right to the beach! The beach is secluded and it basically feels like your own private beach; which is awesome! The bottom floor has a nice large deck with a large outdoor table to eat on. They have multiple water hoses to rinse off with after the beach and even an outdoor shower in the shed! The 2nd floor deck has a nice wood swing and also multiple chairs to sit on and enjoy the stunning views. It was especially nice sitting outside at night and enjoy the sound of the waves and the nice breeze. My 2 toddlers loved the swing!The inside of the house is very beautiful and I want to emphasize that it is VERY clean, especially the bathrooms and tubs/showers which is a big deal for me. I've stayed at other properties and the tubs/show weren't the cleanest, so I appreciate how clean these were! They have TV's in every room, nice large fridge, large and amazing views throughout the house! The house felt really homey!My only two suggestions would be to add blinds at the entry door for night time and the exterior could use a fresh paint job.Lastly, I was to thank Peggy for being a great host and very communicative from the time of booking and throughout the entire stay. She really has done an amazing job here and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you! 10/10!"

"This beach house is awesome… the view is spectacular and the neighborhood is very quiet.We took the grandchildren (4 & 2) with no worries of them going down the stairs without supervision …the ocean front balcony is separate from the stairs which is great for the little ones!!!Super clean and the whole house has the feel at home vibe!Host very responsive and helpful!!Definitely will stay there again!!100% satisfied"

"We stayed here as an end of summer trip with our group of friends and our kids and I will say this place is a kids PARADISE. They absolutely loved the pool and the game room. However, when we arrived the AC in the downstairs unit (with the bunks and games) was not working and we weren’t able to use the room for anyone to sleep in because it was so hot. The railing of the back balcony was incredibly loose and posed a hazard to the kids and one of the bedroom doors would not open and there was a bee infestation right at the pool stairs. The hosts were very responsive and had someone out the next morning to address our concerns, but our first night was a bit of a challenge. The house layout works well for multiple families and we had a great time - but the bedroom doors are all incredibly thin (slatted) so you can hear everything all the time. Ultimately it was a kids paradise and we had fun."
