"First time staying here, loved the easy beach access and it wasn’t as crowded as other areas on the beach as well. Apartment was great for our family of three. Lots of beach things provided in the closet and apartment has everything you could need for your stay.Little things need updating like the cooking pans and the shower faucet has a gap that is probably allowing water into the wall. Was so great to have a washer and dryer available in the room. Also not sure if the owner is aware of a major soft spot in the floor by the balcony door which seems like it could give way soon if someone steps too hard but we just avoided stepping there altogether. Overall great stay and will book again the sheets were stained in the master but I always bring our own anyways so it wasn’t a big deal on our part. The only big thing was on the day of departure the complex decided during peak checkout time that it was the perfect time to stop the only available elevator and have maintenance on it, we had to go down three flights of stairs with all of our belonging multiple times in order to check out on time at 11, it’s out of the owners control so it’s not their fault. "
