This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!

Very cute family-style resort. The staff was super nice, always smiling, and willing to help. Every day, we had chairs by the pool and the beach. Highly recommended for families. They also had activities during the day.

We spent a week at Bella Beach for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great and the area itself was safe. Would recommend spending time here, especially towards the end of Crete's busy season!

Great hotel, close to Hersonissos (small town with restaurants, bars, gift shops and nightlife). Staff are always happy to help and very welcoming and friendly. From check in to check out we were made welcome all the staff went over and above to make certain their guests were taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing and the chef made sure everyone knew what his creations contained. I have no doubts that we shall be returning to this wonderful place.

Excellence at work

The management and staff made this one of the most memorable experiences we have had in a hotel,the chef Petros was amazing his food some of the best we have had this accompanied by the wait staff Tonya,Evi,Manos and Soula who could not have been more helpful. Overseen by Mr Apostolos who runs such a great team my thanks to them all for making our stay such a great experience.
