Eva and her mum give their guests a warm welcome and offer a place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and think it´s a good spot to start some excursions to different beaches, museums and nice taverns.

Your home away from home

Eva the owner and host was amazing and the sweetest lady ever. Truly make you feel as a family member, not just a guest welcoming you into her home. Room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the bay. I would definitely prefer this place for any five star hotel.

We had a fantastic time at Blue Villa! The hospitality was truly outstanding — we were welcomed with drinks and a delicious snack upon arrival, treated to a complimentary breakfast on the first day, and even got a free local dish on our last evening. The villa itself is beautiful and has a stunning view from the balcony, which stays comfortably shaded in the afternoon — perfect for relaxing. Do note that the last 100 meters of the walk up to the villa are quite steep, but totally worth it. Besides that, everything is within walking distance. The lively boulevard with beach bars and top-quality restaurants is just a short stroll away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, view, and warm local hospitality!

Amazing view🇬🇷

We had a nice week at Blue View Villas. Excellent view over the sea and mountains! We would have liked info regarding the steep hill up to the Villas since it was extremely steep to walk up - you really need a car to stay there. The interior of our villa no. 4, could need an update. We really enjoyed the home made delicious foods from Evas mother👌👌 All in all a great stay!

A home away from home

The host Eva is an amazing lady who made us really feel at home, with all her warmth. The place is beautiful, great view, clean and convenient located. The service was amazing. Evas attention to detail really makes this place feel like a home away from home. Only request would be, we didn’t get the recipe of the home-made cookies and snacks made by Eva’s mom that they served us.

We were very well received. Many little attentions from the family that owns the place including the first breakfast, sweets, explanations on the activities to do in the area, restaurants, etc ... The place is very nice, calm, clean, with a very nice overlooking view, room to park the car. The apartments are very well equipped. If I had to find something to improve, I would say that the shower gel and shampoo are not enough for the stay.

Eva and her staff were awesome! Very attentive, very personable, and very hospitable. She also surprised us a few times during our stay with snacks and treats that were homemade by her mother who stays on the property. Let’s just say, she is an amazing baker. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Crete. One thing to note, there is a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill from the property but, you may not want to make a habit of walking up and down because it’s pretty steep. We did it a couple of times with groceries and that was a mistake. Otherwise, the rooms and the view are awesome!!

I will have to come back. I will. It is such a BEAUTIFUL place. Eva and her mother were so friendly and welcoming. The villa view just exactly the same as the pictures. With all the flowers aroma, breeze, and sun rise from the sea, this is heaven. You will never regret the journey to this villa. I would suggest you stay longer to recharge yourself. Very well maintained and built property.

Outstanding hospitality - perfect accommodation

I have booked this accommodation based on previous reviews, so already had a high expectation but the hospitality we experienced from Eva was exceeding all of that. Eva helped us with renting a car (highly recommended), she provided everything for our 1-year old son including toys, play mat, cutlery. She spent time to explain us what sights and activities are available on the island, she gave us delicious local pastry made by her mum, all our wishes were granted. The view from the villa is breathtaking, is a great location for families away from the noise but still close to beaches, restaurants, cafes. If I could giver her 20/10, I would. We will be back for sure.

Wunderbare Anlage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Wir waren in der Basic Villa untergekommen. Diese war sehr modern und allem notwendigem ausgestattet (Küche inklusive Kapselmaschine, TV sogar mit deutschem Fernsehprogramm, Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer). Eva und ihre Familie sind sehr warmherzig und geben ab der ersten Sekunde alles, damit man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Wir wurden mit einem Frühstück aus lokalen und selbstgemachten Spezialitäten überrascht. Zudem brachte uns die Mutter von Eva an einigen Tagen selbstgemachtes Gebäck oder Süßigkeiten vorbei. Sogar Spielzeug für unseren Sohn wurde uns breitgestellt. Bei Fragen und Tipps stand uns die Familie jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zum Strand bzw. zum Ort ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten gelaufen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme definitiv wieder.

Le logement est très correct, propre, spacieux et bien décoré avec une belle terrasse donnant avec vue sur la mer. Malheureusement, pas d'intimité sur cette terrasse car local professionnel, avec va et vient de la femme de menage, accolé à la terrasse et on entend les voisins du dessus. Le logement se situe en hauteur avec une pente raide pour y accéder (difficile à pied). Très peu de contact avec l'hôtesse que nous n'avons vu que 2 fois en 2 semaines.

Eva hat uns den wärmsten Empfang geboten, den wir je in einer Unterkunft erlebt haben. Die Apartments sind sehr modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Nous avons découvert une région très belle, avec la mer qui se trouver à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Le bord de mer a beaucoup de jolis restaurants. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Mme Eva. Elle nous a fait découvrir les produits de sa région. We truly loved every minute of our stay at Eva’s Villa. From the moment we arrived Eva was so kind, welcoming, helpful and hospitable. From bringing us home made traditional foods to sending us detailed suggestions for activities, Eva went over and above as a superb host. I cannot recommend her as a host and her property enough. Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday!

A beautifully equipped apartment. Quality bedding and comfortable beds. Eva was a conscientious host and made sure we had a superb stay, as well as supplying us with tasty Cretan treats homemade by her mother. The views from the villa are amazing if we didn't have kids with us I would of been happy to sit on our terrace for a week! It's also a short walk to the beach tavernas and supermarket. A special mention of Mathilda who kept our apartment so beautifully clean - wish I could of taken her home. Will definitely visit again

Wir waren im Zeitraum vom 10.06.2019 bis 19.06.2019 in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Wir wurden trotz der späten Ankunft von Eva herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir fühlten uns sofort gut aufgehoben. Eva und ihr Team haben uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft, ein wenig abseits des Zentrums, war wunderbar. Man hatte immer einen tollen Blick auf das Meer von allen Balkonen/Terassen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder auf Kreta dies Unterkunft buchen und können sie jederzeit weiter empfehlen

We had a great experience staying at Blue View Villas in June 2019. The apartments were clean, light and had been recently renovated. There was a daily cleaning service with regular towel changes. Eva, the owner/manager was a very friendly and attentive host who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. She suggested lots of places we could visit. We also go to sample her mother’s tasty traditional Cretan cooking! The apartments have various wonderful views of the mountains or sea and are surrounded by flowers and trees in well-kept colourful gardens. We found the online pictures accurately portrayed the specific apartment we were in. The description was also accurate regarding the steep hill up to the property but there is a Supermarket just at the bottom of this so not far to get provisions. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Blue View Villas.

Sehr gute Lage am Hang etwas oberhslb der Bucht daher sehr ruhig. Wunderschöne Villas, sehr gut ausgestattet. Am meisten muss man aber die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastwirtin Eva hervorheben. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Tourist sondern wie unter Freunden. Außergewöhnlich!
