"While location was good the unit has been poorly maintained and needs to be refurbished. Kitchen and bathrooms poorly equipped. Washer/dryer did not work and was not repaired during our visit. Portable air conditioning units were present but not installed. Manager required entrance to our unit multiple times to check for leaks reported by tenant on the floor below our unit. Poor closet set up and no drawers for storage in second bedroom. Hallway accessing the unit had dirty carpet which was...

"The size was great, and the location was close to a tube stop which was nice. The bathrooms were ok. The hallway shower is super small. The main shower had some problems for us not draining, but they were able to fix. The location worked, but we had to tube, cab or walk to most sites. We were away for most of the day and couldn't easily pop back into the flat. They did our pre-shopping, but did not get the full list. "

"We had a great stay! Ketty was very communicative about how to get there, how to access the flat, and the check out process. The property serve its purpose and we all felt very comfortable!"

"Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

"We spent 4 days in London and this flat was central to so many key attractions. It is close to the Lambeth North tube station. The flat has all the amenities you need to spend a busy day sightseeing and relax comfortably at the end of the day."

"Beautiful and very spacious. Location is fantastic, with plenty of options for public transport. Enjoyed the proximity to the market and the view to the canal was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a nice flat in a quiet residential area, 12 minutes from the nearest tube station. Some shops and Clissold Park are only 5 minutes away. It has a nice bathroom, but the bath is very slippery and there is no handrail."
