Beach/Sea Front Hervey Bay Boutique Esplanade Elegance

"Beachfront" is quite literally "just across the Esplanade" of Torquay Beach. A spacious, wide, calm and family friendly beach.
Embroil yourself in true seaside atmosphere of Hervey Bay. Take in the uninterrupted, abundant and encompassing views of Torquay Beach, Fraser Island, sealife and wildlife in established palms, right from the windows of the apartment's locality.
Totally refurbished of the latest appointments and conveniences within whilst maintaining the golden 70s era of living in Hervey Bay.
In more detail: contemporary fixtures and fittings. There is a lovely, naturally lit sitting are with a comfy lounge, smart flat screen TV with an interesting array of books. A fully appointed kitchenette with specially one off designed bench tops, IR cook top, top and full height fridge. There is a small breakfast bar with stone bench top. Rear doors leading out to the private rear courtyard with an outdoor setting. The bathroom is high end, large shower head, clothes dryer and washing machine. There is a modern sink and make-up mirror. I also provide beautiful Aveda products. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 "king-single" beds. Both bedrooms are orientated, westerly facing, optimising beach/sea/ sunrise & sunset views.
Extra hanging space is provided. All bedding boasts superb Linen.
"White Sands" is literally "just across the Esplanade" from Torquay Beach in Hervey Bay, a wide, calm family friendly beach. Virtually all smooth clean sand and very sparce rocks underfeet, make for an enjoyable hassle free swim and bathing.

Take in the uninterrupted, abundant and encompassing views of Torquay Beach, Fraser Island, sealife and wildlife, right from the windows of the apartment's locality, or directly opposite beachside.
The apartment has been totally refurbished with all the lux appointments and conveniences as well as maintaining some of the 70s look of a beach house complex of "White Sands"
