Good service

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

Great Hotel, The only thing I didn’t like was the 90 euros I was charge for the city taxes, the hotel must let the guest know about that ahead of time.

Loved the stay the hotel was clean and everything was great. The staff was very helpful! The location is good and the train station is 2 min walk. There are convince stores and coffee shops located close to the hotel

The room was comfortable, service and amenities were fantastic, and the immediate access to public transport made getting anywhere in the city very convenient.

The hotel is walkable to a number of the places we were visiting. I liked that it wasn’t in the city center but only 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

taking a cab from Centraal station, the cab driver could not find the hotel, when it was really in front of his nose. Once I got there, the experience was great. I was concerned about the distance from the center of the city, but there's a tram that stops right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the center of things. The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to restaurants, museums. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great hotel and great location

I will only stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location is ideal - quieter street but walkable to everything. The amenities are everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is out of this world - energetic, professional and helpful.

All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter.

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

Really the perfect hotel for the museum tour, in easy walking distance to all of them. The canal is lovely and quiet, tons of busy restaurants in a 4-5 block radius, lively night-life, friendly, busy, fun. Lobby recently renovated and very enjoyable with a view of the canal -- the breakfast service is superlative. What's not to love? If you stay, book a panoramic room, you won't be disappointed.
