"We loved the open indoor kitchen and living room space for gathering. The kids and adults enjoyed the various games in the gameroom and loft. It was also lovely to sit on the back porch in the morning and evening. Jason’s place is well-stocked and beautiful!"

Awesome property

"This was an absolute ideal place. My buddy and I were riding motorcycles up Route 66 so this place just made sense. However, it was an awesome experience. The house was immaculately clean and so well laid out. The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we used this house as our base for our rides up to Chicago and then to Milwaukee. Will definitely refer this to friends and family and since I have family in Girard, I will stay there again. "

"The prairie is just waking from its winter rest. The paths through the prairie are wonderful and very inviting for a walk any time of day. The owners are very gracious and helpful."

The Farmhouse Loft "Greene County's Guesthouse"

Charming Stay

"We were in the area for a couple days for an event in Roadhouse. Carrollton was incredibly charming and we really loved the Farmhouse loft. We got food at the pizza place next door and I had the BEST meatball sub! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog along on our trip as he can be very anxious when we are away. Can't wait to come back!"

Lovely piece of peace!

"Kid friendly - pet friendly - lovely view of stars (when no clouds). Comfortable home! Stairs are kind of steep if you have someone with mobility issues but they have their other 1 story property too. I walked past it during a hike and it also looks lovely. Kevin was so easy to communicate with. I will be back."

"We have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property many times and we always look forward to it! We spent a very frigid week there in January and February and it was warm and cozy with everything you could need. The hosts are so kind and wonderful.
