"Max warmly welcomed and gave us nice information about the farm, the 'barn' and the surrounding. We love the quiet and restful setting of the place. The lodging barn is almost fully self contained, clean and comfortable. Copland farm is centrally situated that makes the travels around Norfolk very convenient. Next time we visit Norfolk, we will definitely consider going back to Snow Owl Barn for the stay."

"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend.
