"We stayed at the Conrad for 5 nights as we were visiting Istanbul for a friend’s wedding. We had a fantastic time at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very polite and helpful and quickly resolved any issues that we had. They regularly checked in to ensure we were happy with our stay and if there was anything they could do to improve our time. The hotel is central to attractions to Istanbul and easy to get around. Rooms were very clean and all necessary amenities were provided in the room. At checkout, Esraa, the guest experience manager checked how our stay was and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team for a great stay and will be returning in the future."

"Rooms need a little touch, nothing major example. Glass for toothbrushes. Robes, hangers only has 2 , better quality bath towels ,breakfast staff should be more attentive to customers rather then clearing tables, probably more choice of hot food at breakfast. Grill restaurant staff should wait until you finish your starters before serving dinner. Other than that all good."

"We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located close to the venue where we were attending a wedding reception, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally spacious and spotless. I was initially a little hesitant about booking breakfast because of some previous reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to include it. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous open buffet offering plenty of fresh seasonal fruits, a wonderful selection of cheeses and breads, as well as fresh omelettes and waffles prepared to our liking. The location is another great advantage. It is about a 15-minute walk to Ortaköy and around 20 minutes to Nişantaşı and Galataport. We especially enjoyed the beautiful walk along the Bosphorus, with stunning views all the way. The hotel is also conveniently located near the pier for daily boat tours. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return to the same hotel when our daughter comes to visit us. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!"
