We loved our stay. This staff was amazing - esp with kids, that made our stay! - the Michellin star restaurant Aotya was great and the hotel was clean.. we would def come back here next time we visit Istanbul.

A gem in the center of the best shopping, dining and entertainment area of Istanbul. Taksim and Gakata are only minutes away walking. The staff is exquisite and extremely helpful and cordial. The hotel is clean and classy

Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!

This hotel has some of the best housekeeping ever. Beautiful room. Amazing comfortable bed. Was well Located for sightseeing albeit you need taxis to get around. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel property perched above a central area to the main attractions. Breakfast is sensational with attentive staff. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready prior to check-in time. Great restaurant options in the hotel and close to other key sights. Our stay was very comfortable from the breakfast, the pool area, the gym to drinks. Spacious rooms for 2 guests.
