Ate dinner there. went to sleep. nice and quite quiet. clean room beds could have been a little better. Slept good though.

So nice experience, I will back with family again

Bedroom was clean .. only thing I could suggest is having a phone for housekeeping such as needing toilet roll extra otherwise need to go down to reception .. check in and checkout was fairly easy no hassle .. tea and coffee was also downstairs and unlimited - good feature but can make it bit easier if had kettle in the room .. also was advised tap water was drinkable .. maybe a filtered water machine could be a great asset.

Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

My 3-night stay in January was nothing short of wonderful. My room was extremely well appointed and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The restaurant food was excellent both for breakfast and dinner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location for me was great as I had family in Colne and we did some travelling to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful

Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks.

The staff was excellent and very helpful at check in and check out.

Was lucky to chose this hotel location is great bathroom bed very clean staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.
