"Everything was great with this house! It is very comfortable and nicely done. It looks new, and is well decorated. The private backyard is perfect with games, the pool and hot tub. The location is ideal for what we wanted. It’s a nice, quiet residential area, but it’s a short drive to downtown and the bridge area. The game room/billiards room is in the garage (so you can’t park inside), but it is again so well done, with lots of games, and it’s a great highlight of the house. You do have to contact the host to get the pool or hot tub turned on, but they were great to work with and answer within minutes every time. I highly recommend this house!"

"The property was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our host Marcy was wonderful to work with as we did have a couple of contacts with her which she responded too like a champ and fast. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Havasu area."
