"The location of home is close to beach. Inside home was clean and stocked well. There is no a/c at this property but there are plenty of windows to open. The breeze from the ocean is nice. The outside of the home was less than desirable. The grass was so tall in spots that I (5’5” tall) couldn’t see over it. I almost fell through a board on the porch when it broke from rusted nails. The location is amazing, especially going to the beach with little kids couldn't be easier. They have beach gear you can use. The owners are lovely and live in the front house if you need anything. Also, the backyard photos were taken in .5 magnification, so it makes it look bigger than it is. Didn't care for the rundown looking resort being right in the view and also could not enjoy the ocean or view while sitting down, the railing was 6 inches tall and right in any view from any of the seating to see the ocean. "This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out."
