"We stayed at Jess' place as a hub for visiting family on Long Island and for going into Manhattan for day-trips. The place was nice, clean and easy to access, and we slept wonderfully on the comfy mattresses. We would definitely recommend Jess' place for a stay."

Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close)."

"Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. I liked the shower...

"Deidre was a wonderful host. Very communicative. She answered every question promptly. She stocked the apartment with extra items like coffee and oatmeal in the kitchen, and toothpaste in the bathroom. These are items that you don’t find in other VRBOs. I appreciated being able to park my rental car on the driveway. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. And she gave the best restaurant suggestions! I enjoyed my stay."

"This property is centrally located on Long Island, which is what we were looking for. Easy to get to all highways. Minutes from the train station. Perfect for business trips. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and on the corner is a place with good pizza for take out, but the staff there is blah. Anyway, the beds at this property are comfy.
