'IslandView' The Perfect Holiday Home

'IslandView' is a fabulous, large home set on one level with magnificent breezes overlooking Hideaway Bay, the Gloucester Passage and Whitsunday Islands views that you will rave about. Watching the Sunrise over the ocean is a thrill to behold and Sunset from the beach at Monte's Reef Resort or Gloucester Eco Resort is something not to be missed. One of the rare places in Australia where you can see the Sun set over the ocean. Photographers heaven where the bird life will keep you captivated.

The space

Access is via a small set of steps at the front of the house. For wheelchair access the house can be entered through the garage. All bedrooms are large with King, Queen & 2 Long Singles (zipped together they make a King.) The combined lounge/dining area also has a Queen size Sofa Bed for children only. All linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cooking equipment, dishwasher (powder satchet's provided) along with wash cloths, detergent, tea towels and rubbish bags. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and a dryer. Laundry powder satchet's are provided. The wall mounted clothes line is outside the laundry door. A 55" Smart TV is fitted to the wall of the lounge room, so if you wish to bring a hard drive or USB you can view your movies or music etc.

Guest access

The entire house is available to guests other than locked owner cupboards and one space in the double garage. At some times of the year the mandarin tree is in full fruit and we would love our guests to take advantage of this by enjoying these flavoursome treats.

Interaction with guests

As much as we would love to greet our guests personally, we live on the Sunshine Coast so are just a phone call away if our guests require advice on anything. We also have a handyman available at Hideaway Bay if needed.

Other things to note

'IslandView' is on tank water so it is appreciated when our guests take this into consideration. 2 large rubbish bins are provided in the garage for items from the kitchen bin. These can be emptied at the Dingo Beach Refuse Tip approximately half way on the right to Dingo Beach. All rubbish is to be removed from the premises prior to vacating.
