" visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. "It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room"

"Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs. I highly recommend this place."
