"This hotel is convenient because it is close to the university if you are dropping off a student. Although it is listed that there’s laundry there is none. The restaurant does not open until 10 AM so if you want a a earlierbreakfast, you should plan ahead. It is an older property and in need of updating, such as new carpets in the room. More pillows per bed, they only give you one small one. However, it is clean and tidy. The staff are present at the desk after 9 AM and until 9 PM. They are very helpful. make sure you check in before 9 PM because there will not be anyone there after that and the front door will be locked."

"This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!"
