"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone loved the dock and even caught a few fish. The hot tub was everyone's favorite. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. The property is close enough to town and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We recommend this property and will stay again if we are back in the area."

"WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING. THE OUTSIDE WASN'T AS NICE BECAUSE OF THE OVERGROWTH BUT THE INSIDE AND THE PORCH WAS AWESOME. WE HAD A WEEKEND OF GOLF, FLEA MARKETS AND A FRIENDS BAND PLAYED AT THE CONVENTION CENTER. OUR ENTIRE STAY WAS FUN AND RELAXING. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE PLACE TO OUR FRIENDS AND WILL BE STAYING AGAIN. "

"Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."

"This place is great! Whoever put this property together put a great deal of thought and care into it, and more than one person in my party came to that conclusion independently. Iā€™ve rented in the area quite a bit, and this is one I would absolutely return to. So very nice, cozy, and quiet. Whateverā€™s in the photos and descriptions - itā€™s even better!"
