"Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. We were able to see the Elitch Garden fireworks from the back of the property. The staff were great and offered grilling items when I mentioned during checkin that we were thinking of grilling out. The pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but we understood that it was to be inspected first. Staff offered snacks to the kids, let us know which parking spots were close to our building, and breakfast staff was very attentive of the breakfast area. I won’t lie that the bathrooms could use updating, but you can’t beat the space and everything was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and even extra trash cans outside of the unit in case you had large items (or dirty diapers in our case) to throw out."

"The front desk was helpful, as my flight was cancelled until the following day, so I needed to scramble for another night and things to do. I was grateful for the airport shuttle, as well. My only disappointment was that the hot tub was the disabled and the indoor pool was too frigid to swim in."
