very good breakfast, loved walk in shower, very clean

I was in Wilder for an overnight trip to Bobby Mackeys. The lady at the front desk was SUPER friendly and let me check in early to get some rest before being up all night. And before I checked out she made sure to ask how my night was and if I needed anything before I left. The room was massive and spotless. I’ll be coming back in October and will definitely stay here again! I arrived alone and once I got back at 4am, I was alone until my boyfriend arrived and I never once felt unsafe!

This is our second time staying here and we will be back. The staff is wonderful the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable breakfast is good. We have only had one slight issue and that was with the toilet not wanting to flush

I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

Amazing hotel

Booked since it was new and I try different properties on visits to Cincinnati. Ideal location for parking overnight and dining out and/or catching a show or sporting event downtown. Easy walk to the Taft was appreciated. The Cozy King is generously sized and well appointed. Expect the upgraded rooms are even more pleasing.

Rooms were very clean, good breakfast, only down side was having to pay $10 more to park vehicle

Loved how close to downtown it was. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe doing so. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have eaten! The valet parking was very good!

Stayed for one night with our toddler, in a 1bdrm suite. Appreciated that it was a true suite with the bedroom separated by a door, so we could still hang out and watch tv in the living room after she went down to bed. Were on the 7th floor and still heard a bit of traffic noise but pretty quiet Check-in and out were both quick and the employees pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Large room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean. No restaurant but there have some food available. Small bar area connected to the lobby.

The location of the property was excellent! The staff was wonderful the room was immaculate! Check-in process was so easy and the gentleman that checked me and let me know everything that was going on around town the best dining, where to park etc. Would love the room the bed was so comfortable! They do offer a free continental breakfast. I was not impressed with the breakfast 😔 but I'm thankful they had waffles that turned out pretty good the sausage was gross in the scrambled eggs very very...

I enjoyed breakfast selection in the morning. I also like the friendly front desk staff.
