"The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. "We had 7 adults and had a great stay. It was in a nice location - we went for several walks around the neighborhood and it’s close to the metro park and restaurants. The outside of the house is in need of some sanding and new paint, but the inside looks great. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group. The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful when we reached out. We did not like that the shower heads could not be pointed down and mostly sprayed the wall,...
