"Love the front screen in porch. The backyard great for adults. Not enough open ground for the kids. They loved the books and toys. Kitchen had everything needed. The refrigerator and freezer had a lot of food in it. So I had to move things around to separate our food from what was in the fridge. Like the full size washer amd dryer. Didn't have a bath tub for the kids. Short drive to Legoland."

"Our stay at this house was great. We were in Winter Haven for a volleyball tournament at the Advent Fieldhouse Conference Center. The center was less than a mile away from the house. The house is very clean and matches the description. During check in, there was one thing we needed help with, and the owner came to the property and helped us very quickly. If we have to visit Winter Haven again, we would definitely stay here. "
